They took my money and said they are working on the modification and lied. I got a summons of foreclosure. Which I had to retain a lawyer for. The last thing they me me was to pay a certain amount to my bank for my mortgage payment. The payment was return from my bank, and 123 fix my loan won't even answer my calls or email. They sent me a letter saying they have restructured, and now customer care will handle everything, they literally cut me of as of April 20. They got $2400.00 from me, I should have known better!
