I to have fallen victim to NCA. I was assured at the time I needed a modification desperately that they could help me. All I got was a higher mortgage payment and was assured that if the modification Stole $4500.00 Woodbridge

Just when I needed to do a mofification I got a letter from NCA. AFter calling and talking with them and they assured me if the mortgage loan was not approved my fee to NCA of 4500.00 would be refunded. Well my modification was denied and now no one will return my call or emails.
