Ocwen bank has used bad buiness practices. My loan was sold to ocwen march. I have never got a correct billing statement. Many months I would receive 3 or 4 different statement of how much I owe.
When calling customer services I would be given no right answers. Everytime I would talk to a customer service I could not get the answers that show on my bills. Sometime I was even hang up on.
Ocwen bank charge me for insurance I did not need and said I was behind on my payments, which I was not then put part of my payment into a ecrow which I did not set up with their bank.
