This Trustee has not returned calls or letters made/sent to him by another Bankruptcy Law firm since last year - he is holding up proceedings that need to be taken care of insofar as getting an individuals name to show change of ownership to a house from someone who passed away 3 years ago, so that this certain individual may get any and all paperwork such as property tax info and proof of ownership changed into this individuals name. This a a bankruptcy situation wherein the individual has to have a court hearing with this Trustee. It has been very evident that this Trustee is dragging his feet with this case due to the time frame involved.
