I ordered the Colon Cleanse product, and was billed for the shipping on August 29th. I work offshore and left on the 1st of September. The product came while I was away, and I did not receive the product until the end of September. When I saw that there would be a charge for $83.95, I called Customer Service and complained that due to my work, I had just received it. I was told by the agent that if I sent it back, they would forget about the 14 day period. I agreed and sent it back, thinking that was the last of it. Now, March 26th, I received a letter from them stating that since my "free trial" had elapsed and I had not notified them within the 2 week period, they had tried to charge my account ($133.95) but the credit card had been denied. I was not notified of any problems from them trying to charge my account at the time of them charging the account. I called the number on the letter and was told that since I had not paid and the card being denied, they were sending me to collections. To me this is a case of fraud.
