Loan SCAM! Gives you hope, just to crush your dreams! Do not trust!

I had filled out a few online applications for a consolidation loan, my credit is not that great because of mistakes I had made in the past. I was hoping to get a loan to pay off my other debts and only have one low monthly payment. I thought my worries were over when this company called Yorkview Financial Services called me. They told me they could get me a $26,000.00 loan at 7.00% intrest regardless of my credit. I was so relieved, I was going to get a fresh start. A man by the name of Christopher McKinley, contacted me and told me exactly what I wanted to hear. This guys was good at what he did! He said he had connections to lots of private lenders. He said the money could be deposited in 24hrs. All I had to do was wire him 3 up front payments totaling $1,350.00. He faxed me a contract that looked great. I do not have a lot of money as it is, so this was a lot of money to me.

I have a wife and 3 kids at home, I sent an entire paycheck to this company as, "collateral payment because of my bad credit." I really didn't think anything of it since most lenders want some sort of down payment. I didn't know that this was a red flag. When I went to send the money, he said I could do a bank transfer but it would take longer. If I sent a money gram through RIA I could have it within 24hrs. And that is what I did. I was also told that I would be refunded the $61.50 fee that it cost to send the wire. Well the next day a man named Kyle called me, he said he was with customer service. Kyle told me there was a problem with my loan and that they could not get it insured because I claimed the wrong debt to income ratio on my application. He said because I was high risk I had to send another 3 months payment $1,350.00 in order to get the $26,000 loan which would be deposited into my account in 3 hrs. Of the transaction. I did not have a dime, so I borrowed the money from a co worker, since I thought I would have the money back the same day.

Again I sent the money through RIA. About an hour later I got a call from Kyle. He said there was a problem with the transfer, and needed me to call RIA and find out what was wrong... For some reason after i hung up with him I got on Yorkview's website and it was no longer there. I tried calling their number and it was disconnected. My heart sank! I started to panic and immediately broke out into tears. I Had no money, and worse I had borrowed the additional $1,350.00 from my co worker. I called RIA and thank God the transfer had not gone through yet, so I was able to at least get back the money I borrowed. I got a call about an hour later from Kyle wondering why the money wasn't there, I said yah I did a little research on your company... Click he hung up on me. I hope this helps others not get into this situation I have got into. These people have no soul! And I hope justice finds them!!
