Scott is a white collar criminal and should be in Federal Prision, but he will end up there soon from ripping off brokers, posing like he is bank, but is really a broker who steals loans from other brokers!
He just stole a loan from a good company and MANY other loans from many brokers in CA and other states. He is being reported today to the CA DRE and will be sued and office shut down!
Brokers, home owners, DONT do business with Sacramento Mortgage Company! You will live to regret it!
Brokers, they lie to you, send you a $500 co-broker agreement, then wait until AFTER your client has paid for an appraisal and right before docs, they trick you and manipulate you into signing a 50% split of ALL fees right before docs and they will not issue docs unless you sign the agreement. If you dont sign the forced 50% agreement, they go behind your back, call your client and offer a little lower rate and steal your client away lying saying the broker released this to them, then they keep ALL the money and they dont pay the broker who originally send them the loan!
