WARNING TO ALL CT BROKERS: Watch out for Randy Parker and David Fishman! They are hard money lenders in CT, the name of their company is Better Loans. They are NOT Broker friendly (to put it nicely)! I submitted a loan to them which they said was something they could finance. Then the loan was denied because they said they were not lending on that type of property. Now I find out the borrower went back to them (Better Loans) and the loan is closing at the end of the month. Better Loans stole my loan and my borrower! They refuse to pay me and the borrower also refuses to pay me. I cannot believe that I trusted these people! I just want all Brokers to know about my experience with Randy Parker, David Fishman and "Better Loans". Watch out they will steal your borrower and your loan!
