A Good Broker has Wholesale lenders that only deal with Brokers... If you find a Good Broker compare it to a Bank or Credit Union for the Best Deal. Most times a Broker. Gets the best deal... One Problem. You want one that does not lie or mislead you.

Fanning told me that my file was with the underwriter. When I called the lender, the paperwork was incorrect. They had my wife as the Veteran (VA Mortgage) and my W-2 and Paperwork was for another person.
