Currently being tormented by Advanced Cleanse in order to have $149.95 charge for a product that I do not want removed from my credit card as well as a $1.50 Foreign Transaction Fee (what ever the hell that is). I called customer service (877-268-8310) and listened to some irritating music for 8 minutes and 40 seconds before someone picked up. I was asked for my name and zip code. The person could not find an account on me and then asked for my email address. Still could not find any information on me. So my question was, "If you have no account, why am I being charged?" The person then suggested that I call back "tomorrow or the next two days" to see if they would have an account on me then.By this time, I'm really getting upset and trying not to be rude. So I suggest that if he could not help me he needed to transfer me to someone that could TODAY. I was transferred to a "supervisor" who consistently tried to sell me the product and attempted to tell me of its benefits. That really irritated me and I had to cut her off.in essence, I was told that I could not get a refund. English is my first language, so I asked, "Is what you are telling me, is that there is nothing that you or I can do to have this charge removed from my credit card?" Her response was No, and that I should try the product. After I told her that I was not interested in trying the product I was given an email address to the refund department. I asked for a telephone number but was told that there was no number for the Refund Department. A bunch of BULL. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what they can do to have this charged removed.
