Spiegel Fncb Merrick Bank
Claiming they did not receive payment on time un called for late charges

I have been sending payment through my online banking for years now, and i have had no problems before with my spiegel account. They have recently switched there bank and ever since this change, it seems that their are problems with my account.

I have caled in reference the the problem, no one wants to help you they say write to the address on the bill. They say they can not help you on the telephone. Then the best of all is no one not even spiegel themselves would tell me the name of the bank holding my account. It is like a big secret. It is not on the bill anywhere, it just says card processing center!!! Go figure. Well i do not understand what is going on over there.

I have also moved on 8/01 and changed my address with spiegel but have not received a billing from the bank. I have just found this information out today 9/30 because i had been looking for banks in bethpage ny. So i find this information thru seaching and find the rip off report, with the same exact things happening to other people.

Something should be done these people do not want to be bothered but when you get bill there are late fees for no reason. I can just imagine what will happen to me now. This merrick bank needs to business like a normanl bank should, i do not even know what to call their way of doing business.
