I have been charged late fees and "Administrative fees" that total in the hundreds of dollars. I was never told that fees would continually be assessed if I was late each month.
I had a serious employment issue and asked that they work with me.instead they continually added to the fees due. Its unfair to penalize someone who has been unemployed, or under employed.
Thier motto is "The Right Relationship Is Everything". They sure don't make sure that the relationship is good. The relationship is that you owe them money and they are going to get it and as much more as they possibly can.
