Card Processing Center - aka Spiegel
Card Processing Center aka Spiegel ripoff although making my payments on time they are charging late fee and my bill is still at $869.72

To Whom may it concern card processing center is really over charging me on my account.

Although my bill should have been less then $700.00-$600.00 by now cause I been paying my bills on time and they are charging me late fee all the time.

My balance was at $889.27 since 10 and therefor it is 1 year now and it is still at $869.72 for the year 10.

I made my payments of $15.00 since I open my account with spiegel on 11 and my credit limit was $250.00 then I went to credit limit of$500.00 on 03 and then my credit limit increase to $1.000 on 9 and then my monthly payment increase to $30.00 on 2.

And after that they close my avaiable credit on 4.

And I call the FCNB bank company and they told me that another bank took over and Then I notice that my account was still at $869.00.

So I call the card processing center and all they told me was they can't do anything about unless I write out a letter of my bill being an error.

And I have all my statements with me and also all my billing statements.

Hope this goes into consideration and let it be solved.
