Poor customer service!

I hardly understand why we employ aliens to workin jobs that are to provide excellent customer support. I had been put on hold by 3 reps for over 20 mins, all since i request to talk to a boss why our restoration card was not shipped out sooner than 14 days before it is the end of the month. No body found the telephone i hung-up and called back a complete of three times, lastly i told the final broker eye, i had been going to use her whilst the escape goat, i do want to talk to a, and she put me on hold for 2 mins and returned and fed me aline of bullshit that of the supervisors were all taking calls in those days and that i will have to leave several to allow them to call me back after 2 hours. What???
