Last week, so! @#$%^& hacked into my online banking account. Wachovia somehow caught the intrusion before any real damage could be done, but for safety's sake, I closed my account and opened another one. Both the staff via phone and at the Plant City, FL branch were super-helpful, wonderfully professional and made an annoying process much easier than I had anticipated.
