On February 17, TD Bank (where I Have my account) debited 210.00, claimed it was overdraft fees. I look at my account every day, the account was not overdrawn on the 15th, 16th or 17th. I went into the bank on Thursday Feb 18th gave the paper work to one of the customer service reps (Orlando) told me he would go over the situation with the Manager (Marlon). Never heard from any one to this date 2-23-10. This is not the first time this has happened, other times I was refunded some of the fees, which proves they are guilty not only of usuary but bad banking practices. This is very serious that the Bank do something like that to a person living on Social Security. They ate up my electric, phone and part of my rent by taking so much money
