Following much tribulation, documents, more documents and then more documents, CITI Mortgage declined my application for a refinance and I AM A CURRENT CITI Mortgage customer.
However, it did not stop them from charging my credit card, without my authorization, which they're now refusing to refund.
Unless I am refunded the monies, I will short pay my final mortgage payment and let them come after me. Good luck with that!
