Citi had foreclosure papers served on me 4 business days after my new mortgage company paid them in full. They also changed my mortgage contract stipulations after they inherited it when they merged with another copmany. Since I did not have the money to hier and attorney, they were able to rip me off for 3 years until I was able to refinance my mortgage with another mortgage company.
