Charged additional fees for monitoring services without authorization

Claim that no monitoring services were requested and when contacted they said that they requested a phone call. A phone call was not successful which is why I also reported the incident to the credit card they keep charging. Want all past and present charges to my account refunded and this activity stopped forever and never want to be contacted for any future services.
