Ripoff, unaurhorized billing $79.95 Internet

I requested a credit report and authorized an amount of $3.99 to be charged to my account.

Cic credit services charged the $3.99 to my account, then cic credit monitoring charged $79.95 to my account without authorization or any notification. I am pretty disgusted, this is a crime! These poeple must be stopped!
