This is a ripoff company. I was charged every month for services that i wasn't even using. They charged me for credit monitoring services. Now they send you an email alert anytime your credit report changes. I applied for a credit card myself, two months later, i didn't get any email alert as promised.
Meanwhile the information is showing on my report from another credit re-seller company. So i called to ask them, why are you charging my credit card for monthly monitoring service. Nothing has been sent to me as per one of their reps - joy.
So what are they charging me for? Charging me for keeping my credit card on file. Who knows that all the emails generated are all false just to make it look like it is real that your credit is being monitored. Try to open an account for yourself and see if they will alert you. Fraudulent company beware.
