Charges on my credit card i didn't know about

I observed after examining my bank record I've two costs in the organization listed above. Among the costs was for 34.99 and also the other was for 74.99. I don't understand precisely what the costs were for. I did so obtain Norton anti virus in the site, which may take into account among the costs. So what can I actually do to prevent costs from my consideration and perhaps obtain the quantity of the unauthorized costs back?

I'm calling my lender and perhaps my attorney easily don't notice from you with this issue. If this is the way you contact business I'll proceed else-where later on.
