We were charged twice for Norton Anti Virus renewal

On our Advanta statement for May there's a fee for $39.99 from Dri*Symantec, I restored the Norton Anti-Virus.

What's the cost for Norton Yearly Renewal.com for $42.39? Does that one instantly restore, in that case please credit one of these simple charges and just why exist two distinct costs?
