Fraudulent renewal charges

I recently discovered a fee for "Norton Annual Restoration" on my Credit record. The telephone number 877-294-5265 is, in my opinion, a fraud and certainly will place you on-hold forever. I remained about the point for more than 30 minutes to determine.

I called Symantec who makes the product plus they confirmed they have NOT created any costs to my bill. Our membership was because of end in February and so I shouldn't (and wasn't based on Symantec) billed by them.

Therefore WATCHOUT for fraud costs claiming to become "Norton Annual Renewal". I switched off the automated restoration with Symantec simply to include another degree of protection just in case a different one of those costs seems.

I had been ready to obtain this cost corrected by my lender.
