Don't use fifth third bank!!! They've the toughest customer support employees actually! I've an automobile loan together and also have overpaid them each month for 2.5 years. I named and requested for credit back since I required the cash immediately. They did not determine what I had been referring to and it got me 3 individuals to eventually realize it. Also the boss did not realize. They ultimately set my demand through and explained that in 10 times I'd get the sign in the email. 3 months later they named (15 business days later) they stated that my demand continues to be refused plus they are likely to utilize that credit towards the following cost. I'm happy they inform me the things they are likely to do with my income. I've never been overdue, never had issues, never named them, and desire I never had them to get a mortgage/lender. BEWARE they're the toughest lender I've actually handled!!!
