on 01/16/10 i was refered to instant tax service by my cousin travenus who knew the owner if this store personally (chris) when i went in i sat with jennifer the manager for her to prepare my 2010 taxes. Jennifer asked a series of questions that she needed to know to prepare my taxes, during the filing she also had to email chris and his wife to ask a question about my childrens child care expenses. When jennifer waszs done she asked if i wanted to apply for the refund anticipated loan i agreed then she told me alot of people was not approved for it this year but it was worth trying and worst come to worst my refund will be back within 7 to 10 days from the 1/16/10 but either way it go she will call me no later than that sunday or monday. On monday evening 01/18/10 i called instant tax because i never received a call from the company and i spoke to gerald, during my conversation with gerald i asked was my loan approved he said no the
irs excepted my return but the bank rejected the loan. I asked gerald what was the reason code he replied he dont know. I asked when was it excepted he replied "i dont know all i know is they sent us a code saying it was rejected". I was a little confused and irritated because i dont know is not an answer that i could be confident with. On tuesday 01/19/10 i called instat tax service agan to see if i could get a better answer than i dont know. I spoke with roshonda, i explained to roshonda what gerald told me the day before she appologized and said yes my loan was rejected but it was excepted by the IRS on 01/17/10and my check would be ready in 7 to 10 days which will be the 28th or 29th of january. I was ok with that answer at that point. On 01/22/10 i looked up on the IRS website my information on the "where's my refund" option and saw that my return was not even processing at that time. I also saw that the website said that i would be able to see the status of my return 3 days after being excepted. On 01/23/10 i looked up the information on the website agin and still my return was not showing in process. I called instant tax and spoke to jennifer who stated that the website and the refund hotline was not updating properly and that i whould give it a little more time. I got off the phone with jennifer and called the IRS and spoke to a repersentative who stated that my return was not recieved as of yet and to allow until monday for them to recieve it. On monday 01/25/10 i checked the refund hotline 800-829-1954 and the irs website again my return was not found, thats when i called 1-800-994-1040 for the instant tax service refund hotline and this hotline said that my return was excepted by the irs and my check will be ready 10-14 days from the day it was excepted. On wednesday 01/27/10 i called the irs and spoke to ms. Keys a rep. Who stated that my return had been rejected more than once for the wrong social security number being submitted and that now it was in the errors department because it was sent back as a duplicate. I explained to ms. Keys that i was looking at the customer copy of the return that i was given by intant tax and everything was correct, the rep said you may have the correct information but the irs did not recieve the correct information. I then explained to the rep that the preparer told me my return would be back on the 28th or 29th, the rep said " no disrespect but there is no way your check is going to be there on the 29 unless they are going to cut you a check and wait until we replace the money because we havent even started processing your return yet. I asked for a supervisor to call me back so that i could resolve the issue. I then called instant tax and spoke to jennifer again i explained to her the conversation i just had with the

Irs rep, jennifer said " no thats not right your check will be here on the 28th or 29th and no later i know it is because i am looking at your exceptance now, yes it did get rejected for the social being incorrect on the 16th but i fixed it and it was excepted on the 17th. Dont worry about it i garauntee your check will be here for you to pick up no later than the 29th." i said i sure hope so. Jennifer said "dont worry about it they told another customer the samething and her check came today, i bet you they are looking at the duplicate return and not the right one." at about 6:30 pm on 01/27/10 i got a return call from the supervisor of my keys the irs rep. The supervisor asked numerous questions to verify my identity then she pulled up my 2009 tax information, the supervisor stated that she saw where the return was submitted more than once with the wrong social security number and that i should call the preparer to give me the exceptance confirmation number because they aways send a confirmation number, and the confirmation number will let the irs know the exact date i was excepted because it was not on the 17th like i was told. After the call was over i called jennifer back and once again i asked " jennifer are you sure my money will be there by the 29th and thats when i proceeded to explaine the conversation i just had with the supervisor. Jennifer said let me call chris and tell him what you just told me and i will call you right back. About an hour later jennifer called me back and said that she had just spoken to chris and told him that i was worried and explained to him the conversation i had with the irs supervisor and he said the samethin that they had to be looking at the wrong information and my check will be there by the 29th. I said ok i'm trusting what you are saying and i will wait til friday, that is when jennifer said i doubt very seriously that there will be a problem but if its not here on the 29th then chris and i need to make some calls and get you your money ASAP. I said ok and we hung up. On 01/28/10 i got a call from jennifer at about 1:30 pm she left a voicemail for me to call her, i returned the call spoke to jennifer she said hey call this number because i just verified it and i want you to check for yourself, the directions are self exclamitory. I called the number she gave me 800-901-6663 entered my social security number, filing status and zip code, the automated system said my anticapated drop date for my return is 01/29.

On 01/29/10 o called instant tax and spoke to roshonda, i asked was my check there she said no it did not come. I said see now we have a problem because you gu's told me the 29th and now it's the 29th and my check is not here. Roshonda then said we dont have nothing to do with that you have to wait until we get the money and then we will have your check. I replied " i asked you adn jennifer that more than one time and both of you said it will be here on the 29th, the she asked for my number to have jennifer to call me back, i said no i want the owner to call me back because i dont trust anything you two say anymore and i think that since i was promissed a product to be done and my check on a specific date with as mych as yall are charging me and you cant deliver i feel like i should get a refund or a discount. Roshonda took my cell number and said when chris come to the office she will have him to call me to discuss this. At 1:20 pm on 01/29/10 i got call call from chris from 727-560-7594. I explained to chris all the calls and coversations between myself, his employee's and the irs rep's chris kept over talking me and twisting my words saying that it was my fault that my check is not ready and that i act like the irs dont lie. I got upset and told chris i had to call him back to finish this discussion because i am at work and i have a meeting right now. I called chris back 3 times leaving voicemails on the 4th call he finally answered at 5:17 pm i explained to chris that i was promissed something on a specific date and i am being charged $405.00 for this service and i feel like as a company that would like to keep a good reputation that he should comprimise with me on the price or try to get my check immediately as i was told would happen, chris told me

' no i dont have to comprimise with you, out of all of our customers do you think you are the only one that did not get there return processed in time? I am not giving you a refund, discount or nothing." i then said chris i asked your preparers numerouse times about my return and were they sure it was not a problem for my check to be ready on 01/29/10 and both roshonda and jennifer said it will be here this date adn both automated systems gave the same info. Chris said "how old are you? You couldnt be that old to be that gullible to believe everything somebody tells you i bet you still believe in santa clause too dont you?" at that point i was furious because he insulted my intellegence. I said what the f*ck does my age have to do with what we are talking about. He said i just cant belive that you belive everything someone tell you that is just unheard of for a grown women that you are suppose to be. I replied you know what you are an ignorant a person to say something like that and your suppose to be a business man, i should sue you for that comment. Chris demanded 3 times that i appologize i replied 3 times no i feel like my comment is a justified respone to your comment, chris hung up the phone in my face. I called chris back he started acting childish and raising his voice at me telling me i need to be quiet and listen sometimes, then he said we filed your taxes and got them excepted right? I agreed. Then he said so we earned our money we did our job, and you think im going to give you some money back you got to be out of your mind. I replied how am i out of my mind when i provided the correct information to the preparer she sent it incorrect and then kept telling me i will get my money on 01/29/10 and it is not here as promissed, and she said you and her will find out how to get it asap if it didnt come and now you are saying that it is my fault. He responded i do not believe my preparers told you anything like that i believe you just heard what you wanted to hear and jennifer was going to go over and beyound her job duties for you and you spit this venum on her by telling lies? I responded first you call me gillible then you call me a liar what kind of business man are you, he said the same as you are. I then asked for the phone number to the coperate office to place a complaint he gave me www.instanttax.com. I asked 3 more times for the number, i said chris that is not a phine number and you are acting real childish right now now please give me the number to corperate. He replied i just did www.imstanttax.com since you are sooo computer savy find out what it is. Now i have to handel a bone with my wife i suggest you do the same because you act like you need it and hung up on me. 20 minutes later i got a call from my cousin travenus sayng that she just left intant tax with jennifer, she explained to jennifer that she did not want her to prepare her taxes for her, jennifer asked why and she said my cousin is upset right now because you messed hers up and yall dint get her montey when you said you will. Jennifer said that is a lie she called up here going off on me earlier, see let me show you her info so you could tell her it was excepted and jennifer pulled up my information to show travenus. Travenus told jennifer michelle is going to be pissed when she find out, jennifer replied i just want you to tell her i just did what chris told me to do and that is all. I called chris after talking with travenus and told him that he might want to recite the privacy policy with his employees again because jennifer just showed travenus my return. Chris hung up in my face
