I'm among NRI client for ICICI Bank Ltd, It's among toughest Lender and Poor customer support, Actually basic demand like change of tackle, Check-Book demand etc they request NRI clients to Aged Papaer stuffed technique by spending large courier charge to deliver to Mumbai Workplace, it requires for months wheather they truly updated these easy demand or not.
