Requested mortgage loan refinance through Countrywide

Sent all necessary paperwork

Settled $400.00 Lock-In Charge

Obtained, finished and delivered all "Lock-In Contract" paperwork

Pre demand from Lender of America Repetition refaxed economic files

June 17

Pre demand from Lender of America Repetition refaxed economic files

July 12

Advised had fresh Mortgage Repetition

She required I refax economic files

Problems:

Since May Lender of America has kept $400.00 of my income That I've gotten no-return.

I've used nearly $50.00 in fax costs delivering files.

With great credit with no overdue home funds it's been over four weeks since I have first put on refinance.

I'm currently being required to refax files I've sent 3 times previously four weeks.

Refaxing files may charge me another. 00

Conclusion:

After $25B in TARP cash, Lender of America however can't finish an easy refinance demand.

I will only determine Lender of America is inexperienced.

I've no need to have my mortgage loan by having an inexperienced company.

Bank of American has essentially cut me from $450.00.

I'll refinance. But be sure I'll not refinance, or have any more monetary transactions, with Bank of America.
