M&T Bank exhibited the toughest customer support I've previously experienced. I'd to obtain a brand new bank card three times in the lender becuase they never delivered it. When I ultimately obtained my bank card, they didn't provide me a pin-code. I'd to obtain a pin-code throught he email. After 10 times, I'dnot obtained the pin-code plus they stated to deliver it. I created one last demand also it wasn't delivered and so I named them-and vented my disappointment. The client support consultant produced no work to treat the problem and attributed the Postoffice. The Supervisor I talked with guaranteed that their plan would be to supply me having a verification number when iinformation is delivered to the client. I had been never given a confirmation number for any of my demands. This lender is terrible. I'd suggest one to avoid M&T no matter what. They're definitely useless and really should be turn off.
