When i got my bank statement i was charged $79.95 on 7/24/03 for CIC Credit Monitor. I want this amount credited back to my checking account. I did not authorize this charge.
Some how these people got my credit card number. I do not have their address. It only says californaia on my bank statement and there phone number.
