While checking my bank statement, I noticed a charge of $79.95 that I knew nothing about. I have never heard of CIC Credit Monitor and I did not authorize any deductions from my account.
I called the number listed, and the recording said they were closed, even though my call was during the hours that were given in the message. I have no idea how this company got my information, but they need to be stopped.
