CIC Credit Monitor Svc ripoff unauthorized charge to my credit card (debit card) Internet

I do not even recall signing up for a credit report. My wife was checking our checking acc. From my desktop, then she saw that cic* credit monitor charged us for $79.95 and we do not the reason. I try to stop the process calling my bank but they said that is to late they already paid so I just don't know waht to do.
