Monday, January 18th, I responded to a letter I had received several months ago in the mail. It was appealing, as it offered an option to pay half of my mortgage and other loans twice a month, on the same day as my payday. However, prior to esigning the multiple consent forms sent to my email, I researched the company's credentials, and in fact discovered SEVERAL reports had been filed against them. Immediately, I contacted the representative I spoke with, Nick Terlau, and left a voicemail at approximately 7:45pm EST stating that I do not wish to carry out my business, and demanded a refunded of $205.00, which I was charged for enrollment. If I do not sign my consent forms, I had better not see $205.00 go missing from my bank account.
