I ordered 2 products which were advertised as free offers, charging shipping only. Next day, the company had charged my bank acct. $40 for each product shipping, a total of $80 more than what was promised. It has been 2 wks and I have not received the product and when I tried to call and protest the $80 charge I got a recording saying my wait would be 84 minutes. Today I set aside time to outwait them, called and waited 80 minutes, was answered by a young "lady" who was clearly bored and spoke to me as if she was thought I was a mental incompetent. She was clearly doing something else as her answers were long in coming and sounded distracted, disgusted and impatient. (perhaps she was playing nintendo?) She said that the $80 charge was for 2 items they included that I did not order and that if I return those I will receive a refund if I make sure to get delivery confirmation when I ship them back. We'll see. She claimed I hadn't received the items because they were on back order but had been shipped the Fri before I finally got through on Tues. Convenient. So I couldn't just cancel the order. Reputable companies do not charge a customer's acct when they know they won't be shipping the order for 2 weeks. They wait until shipping. This company did not. WHY didn't I check out this company before I ordered? If I don't receive the refund, I will take any action I can legally. I am not giving up. If they think I will they're going to be disappointed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and writing reviews about them anywhere I can.
