I have been using this company for several years with no problem - that is until December of this year. My mortgage bill came in and they did not make my December payment even though they pulled the allotment. As it currently stands, I can't reach anyone at Nationwide Biweekly nor can I contact them through their web site. The automated message indicates that it is Nationwide but when it tries to connect me to ANY extension it disconnects. I feel sure that they will not make my January payment even though they have pulled those funds as well (payments are made a month in advance). If any of you have had the same problem, please respond. One other thing, in the automatic payment tracking the name OTB Nationwide was used in previous months but now it is showing as just Nationwide. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but it interesting that it coincides with this non-payment. Please help!
