Lexington Mortgae ripped me off of $3,500.00. I can not get them on the phone anymore to ask questions

Daniel Jordan called in the third week of June and told me about loan modifcation with hsicompany, Lexington Mortgage Corporation. I was very desperate that time, not knowing where to get the next money to pay my debts, especially my mortgage, since amost all my credit cards were maxed out trying to borrow money from one to pay another. I havebeen contacted prior by other agents, and I was trying to decide which one to go with. After calling theCredit Bureau in Sta. Ana, CA (that's where he is based), and having been assured that they are a legitimate, reputable and rated an A - company, I went with them. Mr Jordan assured me that he can lower the interest rate to between 2% to 4%, with monthly payments between $900.00 to $1,200 maximum.
Total amount that I paid upfront including the notary public's charge was $3,695.00, paid through the last credit card that I was able to put the charges on, and now it seems like it is lost, and I am in danger of losing my house.
First it was Daniel Jordan who was handling mycase, and then after a few wes it was James McIntosh, and thenafter another few weeks it was Katie, then Esperanza Barkhordar, and finally Audrey. Meanwhile I was instructednot to discuss anything related to the mortgage or mortgage modification, but to refer the lender to Audrey for any issues or questions. I was told also then that the address of Lexingthon Mortgage is in Irvine. I was given instruction on how to check the status of the application.
Around the second week of November, Audrey called and told me that my application has been approved by the lender, Wells Fargo, and the monthly payment was going to be $1,420. I told her that is not what Daniel Jordan told me. She said the payment was already lowered by $300.00 and what did I want, and without allowing me to say anything more she told me that she was going to call the lender and ask them to lower the payments further, and will call me back later.
She called back later and told me that she has talked with the lender and they agreed to review the frile to lower the payment more., and that she submitted the papers needed.
I faxed a letter to Audrey from the lender on January 15, and tried to call her later to find out whether she received the fax or not but there was no answer so I left a message for h er to call back. I tried calling all the numbers I have of them, including Daniel Jordan's personal number unsuccessfully. Their main office number now has been assigned to a painting business, and someone else was answering Daniel Jordan's number.
I called the Credit Bureau in Sta. Ana, CA to ask if they are still in business and I was told to call City Hall. I checked with the City Halls of both Sta. Ana and Irvine and both of them told me that Lexington Mortgage has no business license., meaning they are not in business. Wells Fargo also told me that the last time Lexington Mortgage communicated with them was on December 10.
I will also be pursuing legal action.
