I foolishly offered them my mobile phone number but no creditcardnumber AND there is no note whenever about "billing" my Verizon take into account any "support". Our December payment confirmed around $40 in additional costs. Nevertheless, which period fortunate for me personally, I spend my Verizon statement via Amex. I plan to challenge my Verizon statement. Amex is extremely difficult to cope with once they pursue businesses with disputed billings! Haha
