After carrying out a google research with this organization I came across that their are a lot of those who have been cheated by them aswell (to date none have experienced success obtaining the corporation to return their cash). A buddy recommended that I spend my mobile phone bill with my charge card (that we usually do anyhow) after which document a challenge with my Charge Card organization for that $9.99 part of the statement.
