I ordered the product for $4.95 and as I was hitting submit, noticed that 2 boxes were checked on the page and then found my debit card was charged $44.95. I called and was told that once an order was submitted that I had to wait to get the product and then ship it back in order to get any money back. It also said I would receive the product in 3-4 business days. 2 weeks later I called and had to wait 90 minutes to speak with someone and was told that my order had been shipped. I emailed the company a few times and it said I would get a response in 24-48 hours - good thing I didn't hold my breath because I didn't get a reply. 2 weeks after that I finally received the product. A few days later I had a charge to my debit card of $29.95 from some other company that they had given my bank information to for some weight loss program. They were nice enough to refund my money in 2 business days back to my account. The next day I had another charge from central coast for $39.95. I called and the wait time said it was 30 minutes and it ended up being an hour. The ever so "friendly" girl on the phone said there were only 3 of them there and she said I needed to send the first shipment back to get any of my money back. I proceeded to tell her to refund my second withdrawel now and she told me that maybe I needed to wait another hour on hold so I could get myself together and as I said, "don't talk to me like that and don't you dare hang up on me, " I was hung up on. That's okay, I'm off of work on Friday and have 8 hours to harrass them.
