I was researching information about detoxing, and came across their website. There was a trial offer. The form said that I would only pay 5.95 shipping, and after 14 days if I was not pleased, to return it, and I would not be charged any further charges.
A page came up after clicking the submit button, that told me that the order did not go through. I decided that I did not want it anyways. Then I get an e-mail the next 10 minutes with a confirmation of my order. I called them immediately, telling customer service that I did not want this product and to please cancel the order, and told her about the web site, and the order page. I waited for exactly 65 minutes to talk to someone!
She told me that I ordered twice! She also told me that the order could not be canceled. She told me that she canceled the one order, and took off all charges except for the $5.95 shipping charges. When I receive the product, to just send it back, and there would not be any extra charges to my account.
I have not heard anything until today, November 30. The e-mail told me that the $39.95 was the balance due after the 14 day trail had ended. I have not even received the porduct yet! I was told that I would not incure any charges at all! My bank statement has $45.85 taken out of it twice!
