Several times I have been late with my house payments to Ocwen. After 2 months, I am charged with attorney fees and a demand to pay the loan in full. I have had to borrow from my retirement account many times they last 2 years to keep my house. I am now trying to refinance my home with another company and Ocwen will not send a the pay-off amount. I have contacted them numerously and they keep telling me that they have sent the report.
I have all of the records from when I have borrowed from my retirement account and all of the letters of demand for attorney fees and late payments filed. I was happy to see that I was not the only unfortunate one that has been harrassed by this company.
