I am in the process now of re-financing my mortgage with a company other than Ocwen. And believe me, they have not made it easy. I requested a pay-off report on my mortgage from Ocwen. They charged me $10. I requested a mortgage verification. They charged me $10. I have sent payments via overnight mail to assure they were recieved on time. They were still posted late, causing my account to accrue late charges.
They can not explain to me why I am being charged Attorney Fees and Collection Cost. And by the way, what the heck is a Suspense Payment? They add these charges to my account also. I talked with them today, and was asked if I was aware that Ocwen refinanced mortgages? Yeah, as if Ocwen is not the reason I am going to refinance with another company. Take my advice. It comes from experience. Do Not Do Business With Ocwen Federal Bank!
