Not suspecting the company holding my mortgage would forclose on my home, they didn't or wouldn't cash my checks, possibly hoping to gain my home in a forclosure. Well, after very exspensive attorney's fees and court cost, i was left with still owning (or paying for) my home. At the age of 55 this put a lot of physical and emotional stress on me and my wife. I wonder how many more times this will hapen during the balance of my mortgage?
