I do not know where to begin except for I am happy to see that I am not the only person to feel the way I do against Fairbanks Capital Corp. They have done nothing but threatened forclosure which we had to pay thousands of dollars for and doubled our mortgage payments for 1 year. Then continued with feeing us for reasons that even today I am not sure for.
Mortgage payments are on time, they keep charging us fee after fee puting the mortgage payments into a suspense account so therefore nothing is being paid towards the mortgage. They send threatening letters of forclosure still. Three to four phone phone calls a day!
There is still so much more. I cannot begin to tell you the hours I have spent on the phone with them going from one person to the next and never the same answer. You name it and it has occured with them. We are paying now one and a half mortgage per month and we still are getting forclosure letters and three to four phone calls a day! I am at my ends with Fairbanks Capital Corp! Thanks for any help that can be recieved and for all of us!"J
