Poor Customer Service

Our mortgage transaction arrives about the 1st of every month. I obtained a many calls from GMACis selections division many times following the 1st of the month informing me they were likely to consider appropriate action against me for not producing my cost about the 1st. I'll freely acknowledge that I've created my funds round the 1st through the fifth of the month (one cost about the 9th - OH NO!), but I've NEVER missed one cost! I would like to understand which kind of appropriate activity they can actually do-or is that this some form of ill intimidation?!? It's well-known that the homeowner has before 15th of the month to create their mortgage cost with no bad reporting. What type of support is that this? I would hate to consider the things they do people who do not create their funds promptly - are available in having a SWAT team and stop you out inside your underwear?
