After an audit of my checking account today, I learned that the Erotic Review online has been deducting $20 from my checking account each month since 2008.
The problem with this is that I signed up only to read a cople of reviews, was dissatisfied and cancelled the account within 24 hours.
The billing company, CCBILLEU.com, says that they have no record of my cancelling the account—nor will they refund my money. I'm in need of legal counsel to secure this refund of my monies. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
