ALLACCESSGIFT.com 1-800-699-9708 issuing, all access gift VISA debit card by Inter National Bank: Do not buy!!! They will assess monthly fees on the card balance until the balance is consumed without a purchase. They are not a reputable firm. They are a money-mill operated outside the USA, maybe Nigeria, India or Somalia. Do not buy!!! You are better served by simply burning your money!
