All-Access charged almost half a $50 gift card with inactivity fees and 50 cents for a balance inquiry.
They refused to refund any of these fees after talking with two supervisors (Gary was the first supervisor who kept stating that he would not reverse the outrageous fees of $2.95 per month after six months of inactivity). Paul #77810 of the escalation team also said there was nothing the company was going to do since he felt the fees were legal. He also refused to give me a physical street address so I could serve the company with papers for small claims court.
California has laws against most fees for gift cards. The reason for this is because it is a rip off.
I received my fees back from American Express, GiftCardMail.com, T-Mobile, and Barnes&Noble with no problems. AllAccessGift.com AKA Inter National Bank and NetSpend is a slimy, unethical, ripoff of a company and I hope to see them here in California Small Claims Court for their ridiculous maintenance fees.
Do Not buy gift cards or do any business with AllAccessGift.com AKA Inter National Bank and NetSpend!
