Tried to pay my credit card and was billed a late charge even when I send payment on time. So this time I wanted to pay by phone or on the website. Website is nonexistend and the phone is not set up to take payments like my bill states. "pay over the phone or on our webside" HA HA what a joke.
I can't afford $35 everytime from now on. Wished they would let us know where to send our payments.
That's not fair that we have to pay for they're unprofessionalism.
