Ripoff! Dishonest late fees

Had a Spiegel charge with this company.

Company went bankrupt.

I continue to pay my bill... Always early... But FCNB is holding my payments until they are late, and assessing a $35 late fee. I sent out a certified letter yesterday with my complaint. I can't reach them via phone, because they no longer answer, it is all automated...
